This isn't a problem specific to Google, but it just happened to bother me while waiting on these two help requests which to this day have still not been solved and Google is a company i would've expected to have come up with some brilliant solution to this issue.
Most issues are from users who don't know what they're doing, but for issues that are on the company's end, it's almost impossible to get them fixed. Facebook deals with this in a great way...they make it impossible to find a way to contact them. There needs to be some way to sort out the issues that are no on the user's end and then prioritize them. Anybody have some brilliant ideas? Post them in the comments!
I've tried to get support from Google for a bunch of their services (i.e. reporting bugs) and not once did anyone from Google ever respond to me. Most likely they are overwhelmed and/or do not have staff for handling support requests.

how in the heck do i get ahld of google customer help?do u know?? anyone?? im a paying website owner and somehow some website for obesety comes up when ppl type in my url and my chat url im furious. the example is for real, im jetsgirl, jetsgirl.com and when i punch that in or my chat, i get and my friends,,,biz associates, family see this obesity program, with 0 posts 0 nuthin, so obviously this company is just adding to search engine bs. PLEASE get rid of them im a paying website owner. Ive also warned this company, thats my name my inc label. maybe theyre stupid, i assumed google was NOT

ReplyDeleteI also can not get ahold of Google support. I applied for an adsense account over 2 weeks ago and they state within a week they will have investigated and made a decision...still no word. I tried to access email support but it brings up a list of issues to choose from, when you choose 1 it just kicks you back into their help site (and of course they don't have my issue listed so I choose closest 1). Anyone know how to contact Google for answers?
ReplyDeleteI have been locked out of Yahoo and cannot send or receive email. They say my ID and code is wrong. My ID and code has been the same for 2 yrs. I tried to switch to google a couple of weeks ago but google won't acknowledge me. They just ignore me.

I'm not very knowledgable with computers but I am sure many of my problems could be solved if I were allowed to talk to a human. The wonderful world of computers is being withheld from old geezers like me by poor customer relations policies that do not allow humanspeak. Bah. Humbug !!
If you are good online there is anumber to call for all sight online just need to know how to look up there dns server that list them (google has sevral of there own) then get a hold of there support number i guess they only want real problems from people who can figure it out :)
